Your role
As a Growth Intern you will report directly to our Country Manager of India and assist with go-to-market planning and subsequent execution. The following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:
Support all phases of cooperation with our strategic partner in India, including strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives tailored to the Indian market.
Conceptualise and execute go-to-market approaches in India, ensuring alignment with local market specifics.
Coordinate and manage operational aspects of market entry, including logistics, legal compliance, and localization of product offerings.
Set up and manage meetings with potential strategic business partners, including preparing briefings and presentation materials.
Track and analyse the performance of growth initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimise strategies.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to streamline the execution of growth projects.
Your profile
Student/Graduate of ideally a business or technical degree program (Bachelor, Master or MBA).
Professional experience (e.g. through internships) at a VC-backed startup, management consultancy or in a similar fast-paced and relevant professional environment. Prior work experience in India is a plus.
Fluency in Hindi and English language skills at a business fluent level is required.
Excellent comprehension, very good analytical skills, exceptional commitment, great communication skills and proven ability as a team player.
Willingness to take responsibility, to contribute to conceptual and operational planning sessions with strong ideas, to handle relationships with partners with an entrepreneurial perspective.
Strong detail orientation, ability to think outside of the box and manage multiple projects in parallel in a highly dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
