We are seeking a dynamic and creative Growth Hacker to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for driving growth through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can think both creatively and analytically, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement scalable marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Experimentation and A/B Testing: Rapidly run tests across multiple marketing channels, including social media, SEO, paid search, email marketing, and content marketing to discover growth opportunities.
Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze data from campaigns to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and optimize for conversions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and development teams to ensure alignment and integrate marketing efforts across the company.
SEO & Content Marketing: Lead initiatives to improve organic search performance and leverage content marketing to drive inbound traffic.
Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Innovate new ways to acquire users at scale while also working on strategies to improve user retention and engagement.
Funnel Optimization: Work on optimizing the user journey, from awareness through conversion, to maximize growth potential.
Product Feedback Loop: Collect and interpret customer feedback to refine product-market fit and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a Growth Hacker, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, growth frameworks, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush, etc.).
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and funnel optimization.
Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
A data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and results.
Preferred:
Experience in startups or fast-growing companies.
Understanding of user behaviour analytics and customer journey mapping.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
