As a Growth Associate, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads. You will leverage your analytical skills and data-driven approach to maximize ROI and support our growth strategy. Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with the team to create, plan, and execute marketing initiatives that align with company growth goals.
Generate regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ad formats to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing with a focus on Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
A keen interest in learning and adapting to new tools, technologies, and marketing platforms.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with other advertising platforms or analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.).
