What you will do:
Government Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, agencies, and stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison between WeRide and relevant government bodies to foster collaboration and partnership opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships between WeRide and government entities, aligning with the company's business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to leverage government relationships for business development and growth.
Business Development:
Understand the local competitive landscape and market trends. Build teams based on the company's needs
Develop and execute strategic plans, explore the local market, and implement sales programs to achieve the company's business goal
Establish and improve the overseas business operation and performance management system to ensure the healthy operation of local businesses
Requirements:
Proven experience in a government relations or public affairs role, preferably in the technology sector.
Has a deep understanding of the market. Design and create strategic plans based on the company's situation.
Result driven, Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from the company's perspective
Crisis communication experience is essential.
Fluent in English.
