Responsibilities
Responsible for the recruitment of local personnel in overseas areas, conduct effective communication and demand analysis, and formulate recruitment plans;
Reasonably arrange and implement recruitment, follow up interviews, and promote the onboarding process in a timely manner;
Responsible for the recruitment of high-end talents and recruit high-quality talents for the company;
Maintain and improve existing recruitment channels, and actively expand new recruitment channels;
Regularly output market talent reports to effectively compare and analyze internal and external personnel;
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources and other related majors is preferred;
English can be used as a working language;
At least 2 years of recruitment experience is preferred;
Familiar with the recruitment process and recruitment channels of Internet enterprises, and have rich practical experience in the discovery and introduction, organization and adjustment of talents;
Have excellent language expression, communication, coordination skills, and keen insight and analysis and judgment skills, and be able to work under pressure;
