At Navina, we’re scaling rapidly and need a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage our recruiting team while using data to optimize processes and drive results. You’ll be at the forefront of our recruitment strategy, overseeing efforts across the board, and ensuring we hire top talent quickly and efficiently.

You’ll also ensure an exceptional candidate experience, creating a seamless and engaging journey for all applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Manage Recruitment: Direct and manage the recruiting team, ensuring we meet hiring goals and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Source High-Quality Candidates: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and talented pool of candidates, including leveraging social media, referrals, and creative outreach methods.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics to track and optimize the recruitment process—monitor key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven improvements.
  • Hands-On Execution: Be deeply involved in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ensure Excellent Candidate Experience: Foster a positive, smooth, and engaging recruitment journey for all candidates, from the first interaction to the final decision. Continuously measure and improve this experience using feedback and data insights.
  • Mentor & Develop Team: Lead by example, mentoring your team members, setting goals, and tracking their performance using data to foster growth.
  • Recruit Across Global Markets: Lead recruitment efforts across different markets- tech positions in Israel and customer-facing roles in the U.S. This includes understanding local hiring trends and ensuring a tailored approach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a hands-on leadership role managing global recruiting.
  • Extensive experience recruiting in the U.S. market, with a deep understanding of talent trends and best practices. Some availability during U.S. working hours is required.
  • Proven ability to scale recruiting in high-growth SaaS companies, especially during rapid expansion.
  • Strong expertise in data-driven hiring, with the ability to analyze and optimize recruiting metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to design and execute initiatives that ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
