We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Manager, Indirect Purchasing who is passionate about working with engineers to bring early-stage product development to scale. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT hardware, SaaS, professional consulting services, and other general procurement needs while negotiating favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and securing product availability.
As the Indirect Purchasing Manager, you will be accountable for Supplier Relationship Management and cost control, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also be responsible for communicating cost insights to leadership and identifying parallel or alternative paths for cost improvements.
The Global Supply Chain Manager, Indirect Purchasing will play a pivotal role in establishing supplier relationships and managing procurement requirements in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Given the dynamic nature of our operations, our supply chain must be agile and adaptable to respond to short-term requests while navigating the evolving needs of the business.
Cost management is a key responsibility in this role, requiring a strategic approach to contract negotiation, supplier performance, and cost reduction initiatives. The Indirect Purchasing Manager will be expected to drive cost optimization while maintaining strong supplier partnerships to support long-term business growth.
This is a full-time role based in our office in Sunnyvale, CA. At Wayve we want the best of all worlds so we operate a hybrid working policy that combines time together in our offices and workshops to fuel innovation, culture, relationships and learning, and time spent working from home.
