What to Expect
Work with Supply Chain to order parts, pull parts from inventory, and kit parts for shipping
Exposure to HW equipment, Electrical equipment, Robotic equipment, SW Troubleshooting, Observability and visualization Tools, Robotics Visualization Tools, Real world production and robotics operation environment
Assisting support to customers to troubleshoot issues & identifying RCA of issues
Creating documentation for customers and Dexterity personnel
Building training plans for others to learn our robotic systems
Assist with in-house installation and testing projects
Building toolboxes, and other equipment to support internal teams
Desired Skills

Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a constantly evolving team structure
A “Whatever it takes” attitude
Familiarity with support ticketing systems (Jira)
Experience in writing or editing technical documentation
Technical knowledge or similar skills in 1 or more of the following: Hands-on experience with HW (fixing a bike, fixing a car, working on computers), Automation (PLC, sensors, drives, conveyors), Experience in an industrial environment, warehouse, logistics, is highly desired, SW Program Experience (Python, Linux, Github)
Qualifications
BS/ AAS in an engineering discipline related to robotics (CS/EE/ME etc,) or relevant work experience
Curiosity, tenacity, and perseverance trump degrees in this role
Willingness to work long hours when required to get the job done
Exposure to Linux environments (basic troubleshooting, navigation, and log analysis preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for understanding technical products
Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Loud work environment with temperature change due to seasons at office, warehouses and clients’/customers’ locations
May involve extended periods of walking or standing and exposure to a dynamic, loud environment including machinery and travel
Requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods while working at a computer
Flexibility to work extended hours, as needed, to complete assigned responsibilities
Availability for occasional extended shifts during both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
Willingness to travel up to an hour to off-site locations when necessary
