Description

Navina is a fast-growing digital health SaaS company that’s on a mission to transform the way physicians interact with patient data. Thousands of clinicians across the United States already use Navina’s AI-powered solution that transforms complex and fragmented patient data into concise “patient portraits" and actionable clinical insights at the point of care. With Navina, physicians experience less burnout, reduce missed diagnoses, and can devote more time giving better care to their patients.

Navina has been named one of the Top 100 AI companies globally by CB Insights and made the list of the Top 50 Digital Health startups. We are already working with industry-leading value-based organizations including Privia Health and Agilon.

As we continue our rapid growth across the U.S. and beyond, we’re expanding our People team with a world-class HRBP to support our evolving, fast-moving organization. We’re looking for a sharp, experienced, and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in scaling, fast-growth environments. Reporting directly to the VP People, this is a high-impact role with strong influence across the organization, and a strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting things done.

You’ll partner closely with leaders across Customer-Facing (Sales, Marketing, BizDev, Customer Success, Customer Support) and product functions, working across Tel Aviv and the U.S. to develop and scale people programs that drive performance, engagement, and alignment in a business deeply rooted in data and AI innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to People partner for leaders across Customer-facing and product functions.
  • Translate business needs into practical HR solutions that support scale and velocity.
  • Influence leadership decisions around organizational structure, talent development, and team scaling while developing and executing programs and managing employee relations.
  • Build trust and provide coaching to managers at all levels, supporting them through change and growth.
  • Lead and execute core HR programs: performance reviews, compensation cycles, L&D, onboarding, and career frameworks.
  • Work closely with U.S.-based leadership to ensure seamless, globally aligned people operations.
  • Translate people data and feedback into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Be a key player in shaping and sustaining a culture of inclusion, agility, and ownership.
  • Help design programs that connect Navina’s mission to employee experience, especially across remote and hybrid teams.
  • Partner closely with HR team members to create and deliver cohesive, high-impact people solutions.
  • Lead final-stage HR interviews for U.S. hires, ensuring a precise match to both role requirements and company culture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HRBP experience in tech startups, supporting rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Strong experience partnering with go-to-market and product teams, including cross-border collaboration in the U.S.
  • A doer mindset- you don’t wait for things to happen, you build and lead hands-on.
  • Confident working in AI, data, or tech product organizations, and fluent in how people strategies enable tech growth.
  • Proven ability to lead, orchestrate, and manage cross-organizational HR initiatives, programs, and processes from A to Z -driving alignment, execution, and business impact.
  • Analytical and emotionally intelligent: you combine data fluency with people intuition.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills- written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Why Join Navina?

  • Mission-Driven Tech: Be part of a company that’s reshaping healthcare with smart, meaningful innovation.
  • Real Influence: Report directly to the VP People and shape the way we grow, lead, and work.
  • Design culture and structure- Play a key role in building and refining the culture and organizational structure of a rapidly scaling company.
  • Ownership & Execution: This is not just a strategy role - it’s a hands-on position with real ownership.
  • Smart, Passionate Team: Work with kind, driven professionals who care deeply about making an impact.

You don’t need to meet 100% of the requirements to be a great fit. We believe in hiring people, not just checklists, and we value potential as much as experience. If this role excites you, we’d love to see your application!
