About your role
As our Global Head of Growth – GTM, you’ll help us optimise our velocity to our vision of urgently scaling global healthcare capacity to impact 1 million patient per day. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for designing our Go to Market Strategy to align with our strategic business priorities and monitor our performance to ensure we are delivering the plan. You will work as an embedded part of our global business operations group, and will be a critical partner to our Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders.

What You Do:

  • Optimise Sales performance,
  • Work in partnership with the GTM leaders to create a global sales optimisation strategy that aligns with company objectives,
  • Manage and monitor sales reporting and dashboard management against KPIs, in order to drive strategic decision making across the GTM organisation,
  • Manage sales forecasting (weighted pipeline forecasting),
  • Work closely with Revenue planning team to plan, execute, and analyse structured and ad-hoc monthly regional or product reviews,
  • Surface insights to identify revenue growth opportunities across markets or products,
  • Deliver real-time performance updates to leadership, highlighting progress and areas for improvement,
  • Drive business process improvements across our sales teams - turn sales performance data into actionable strategies,
  • Be the operational bridge between sales performance data and actionable strategies,
  • Design and manage key sales processes - e.g. sales stage and forecast category design, lead management etc - with strong data governance standards across systems and tools,
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams through change management and adoption of new processes and tools,
  • Support the creation and roll out of all sales budgets, commission plans and other performance initiatives,
  • Refine and drive commission structures and create targeted effective bonus plans to drive strategy,
  • Partner with the GTM leaders on deliverables for board materials and business reviews,
  • Work closely with the Sales planning team to design a nimble approach to cascade GTM budgets throughout the organisation that drives decision-making and performance (key conduit between Finance and GTM),
  • Lead strategic planning and roadmap delivery of revenue operations team to align with GTM and company objectives,
  • Ensure strong connection between GTM leadership team priorities and Revenue operations roadmap,
  • Become the “trusted advisor” to the CRO and other GTM leaders -aligned to the GTM leadership team and dedicated to optimising their performance,
  • Ensure strong business partnering with global sales leaders to deliver on priorities and requirements,
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure our most critical GTM objectives are executed,

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading Sales and Marketing teams and revenue operations in a high-growth, fast-paced, global technology company
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)
  • Proven ability to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and optimise key performance metrics
  • Extensive experience with GTM tech stacks, with a solid understanding of tech procurement, tech optimisation processes and designing GTM tech systems that scale
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into action
  • Strong background in revenue forecasting, financial planning, and revenue recognition principles
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building and developing talent,
