You will be the voice of data, analytics, and AI at the highest levels of decision-making, proactively shaping business strategy and execution as part of the Digital & Tech Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of data, analytics, and AI within our organization, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

As the Global Head of Data & AI, you will lead the strategic development and execution of our data, analytics, and AI roadmap. 
Strategic Leadership & AI Adoption

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the adoption of AI and responsible AI practices across the organization, ensuring ethical AI use and compliance.
• Proactively contribute to strategic discussions and decision-making within the Digital & Tech Leadership Team

Operational Excellence & Innovation

• Oversee the development and deployment of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to unlock business value.
• Lead strategic initiatives to drive AI adoption and automation across key business functions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security to build trust and scalability of AI-driven insights.

Talent & Capability Building

• Attract, develop, and retain top talent in data, analytics, and AI, ensuring a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.
• Mentor future leaders in data and AI, supporting long-term capability development.

Stakeholder & Resource Management

• Secure investment and resources to execute the data, analytics, and AI strategy effectively.
• Act as the primary advocate for data and AI initiatives, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Build strong relationships across business units to ensure alignment and impact.

You bring
Knowledge & Expertise

• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and their business applications.
• Proven experience in leading AI adoption, responsible AI governance, and data-driven transformation.
• Strong expertise in data management, governance, and AI ethics.
• Familiarity with retail, eCommerce, and digital business models.
• Solid understanding of business strategy and digital transformation principles.

• Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire, mobilize, and engage diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex data and AI concepts into business impact.
• Ability to drive change and foster an innovative, data-driven culture.
