As a German AI Data Trainer, you will:
Craft & Solve German Prompts
Write domain-specific questions and model answers in German
Capture both user intents and ideal AI responses to form high-quality training pairs
Design & Evolve Rubrics
Define what “perfect” looks like: accuracy, clarity, depth
Iterate rubrics based on model performance and feedback
Evaluate & Coach
Score AI outputs against your rubrics, noting logical or factual gaps
Provide clear, step-by-step feedback that teaches the model to think
Stress-Test & Harden
Develop edge-case or adversarial queries to expose weaknesses
Recommend improvements to training protocols for greater safety and robustness
Native German Speaker (C2): You know the language intimately.
Current University Student (Bachelor’s) or 0–1 Year Experience: Fresh perspectives welcome!
Strong Communicator: You can “show your work” and explain your reasoning.
Detail-Oriented & Ethical: You catch subtle errors and care about bias and accuracy.
Curious & Collaborative: You iterate on methods and thrive in a team environment.
Bonus: Tutoring, linguistics coursework, or hands-on STEM projects
Pay: $9–$20/hour (based on qualifications)
Hours: 20–40 per week, flexible scheduling
Contract: Ongoing, with regular performance reviews
German: Native (C2) – all training tasks in German
English: Conversational (B1–C1) for internal discussions
