GenAI Subject Matter Expert (SME) Key Personnel:

• Responsible for all aspects of existing GenAI, RAG features technical know-how, benchmarking exploration; model performance monitoring, and evaluation.
• Leads to test and consult the best practice of implementing or leveraging LLM & tools/solutions by using AWS Bedrock and other feasible tools available in unstructured document/content analysis.

AI/ML Governance Subject Matter Expert (SME)

• Responsible for providing the industry and instra-government-wide governance best practice consultancy, market research, risk framework, and management practice consultancy.
• It is crucial to keep in order to build a small but robust governance framework.
