What are you going to do at Allianz?
- Develop and Industrialize Models: Develop and industrialize end-to-end Artificial Intelligence models (e.g., CLTV, credit scoring, cross-sell) integrated into operational processes, as well as maintain and test new features or potential model improvements.
- Apply LLMOps Methodologies: Define and apply LLMOps methodologies and technical procedures for AI Compliance.
- Develop GenAI Solutions: Design, train, and optimize generative AI models (e.g., GPT-3, DALL-E) to create innovative solutions for various business needs using techniques such as Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and others.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Collaborate closely with other technical and business teams to identify opportunities for applying AI and GenAI models in the insurance and finance context.
- Contribute to Strategy: Contribute to the Data & Analytics strategy by identifying new opportunities and trends in the field of data science and generative AI.
What does Allianz need from you?
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience in AI positions.
- Education: Academic background in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) with a master's or doctoral degree.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies, especially in the Azure environment, including Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Synapse Analytics, and Azure Machine Learning (AzureML).
- Experience with OpenAI API in Azure for integrating and deploying generative AI solutions.
- Experience with token processing tools like Haystack or similar for managing and optimizing token usage in AI models.
- GenAI Expertise: Experience with generative AI models, such as GPT-3, DALL-E, or similar, and their practical applications, including techniques like Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Sector Experience: Experience in the financial/insurance sector is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Leadership: Ability to lead projects and supervise other team members.
- Problem-Solving: Skills in solving complex problems and results-oriented.
- Adaptability: Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.
