Are you passionate about driving innovation and shaping the future with GenAI? We are seeking a GenAI Engagement Lead to spearhead our journey in adopting GenAI across Technology & Services Group Functions aligned with our Forward'28 strategy.  

​As our GenAI Engagement Lead, you will create a pathway for GenAI as a driver to unlock the potential of our Business ‘Group’ strategies. This role is pivotal in creating awareness, sparking curiosity and encouraging exploration of GenAI across our organisation. The work entails designing and leading initiatives aimed at fostering a culture that drives the adoption of GenAI tools. By close collaboration with stakeholders, Functions Technology Lead and Architects across our organisation, you will work to promote the utilisation of GenAI ensuring that we maintain a forward-thinking mindset and remain at the forefront of technological advancements.​ 

​About the Role 

• Act as a catalyst for change by promoting the benefits and potential of GenAI​. 
• Develop a comprehensive value proposition and formulate a robust strategy to integrate GenAI based on our tech principles in collaboration with our Technology Lead. 
• Showcase business opportunities through third-party partnerships and platforms related to GenAI. 
• Prepare for the 2026 annual business review by establishing a clear footprint for GenAI development.  
• Inspire and engage colleagues to explore and adopt GenAI ensuring enthusiasm and readiness​. 
• Engage with ambassadors within our Tribes to build a supportive GenAI community and promote GenAI initiatives​. 
• Support the development of GenAI strategies that align initiatives with our current technologies and platforms. 

About You 

• Strong understanding of GenAI​ 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to engage and influence diverse groups without formal authority​ 
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align GenAI initiatives with business objectives​ 
• Curious and open-minded with a strong desire to promote new technologies​ 
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving innovation​ 
• Strong relationship-building skills and a team-oriented mindset​
