Our team “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions for Supply Chains” develops innovative solutions to derive insights from data that support better and faster business decisions. We implement (Generative) AI-driven solutions in its complete lifecycle for users in supply chain management around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Work in close alignment with the other project team members and stakeholders to fully understand background and business requirements of each party and consult them in their activities.
  • Translate the collected business requirements into technical concepts, especially regarding the data science, ML engineering with focus on GenAI architecture frameworks.
  • Drive the sustainable implementation of our new GenAI-oriented Supply Chain applications, including:
    • Data preparation for our Supply Chain AI solutions
    • Utilizing enterprise data product concepts
    • Data science related aspects
    • GenAI functionalities, especially high-performance of the application
  • You can create product requirement documents and maintain it in an agile working mode, e. g. in Azure DevOps boards and tasks.
  • Work in an international and agile DevOps environment and you apply agile principles for setting priorities and managing multiple stakeholders in a challenging business environment.
  • Sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues and promoting a culture of AI-driven innovation within the organization
  • Manage communication with external vendors to validate the landscape design & integration concept.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: A bachelor or master's in Computer Science, Data Science or other data-centric disciplines
• Work experience: 
  • ​​​​​​​Working Experience: 6+ years professional implementation experience in data Science / engineering

    • Experiencing Agile way of working or agile implementation approach

      Strong Communication & Presentations skills

      Experience as product owner of Data-driven applications

• Technical and professional knowledge (Must have): 
• At least 4 years of data science / AI experience with
  • Utilizing Microsoft Azure cloud components for ML and Data Science, e. g. Databricks, Azure Data Factory
  • Integrating external data into MLOps frameworks
• Hands-on experience with developing GenAI-based chatbots.
• Hand-on experience working with large data sets, relational databases, data integration and related technologies (SQL, Databricks, etc.).
• Expert knowledge of Python with focus on machine learning and data science related libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps processes (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) and automating ML workflows (Microsoft Azure or other platforms).
• Experience with software development, preferably for cloud-based applications in an agile setup (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
• Comfortable working in highly complex environment with multiple stakeholders and with strong pressure to deliver on time and on budget.
