Responsibilities:

• Facilitate data collection from insurance domain experts and front-end users to develop and enhance our knowledge base.
• Assess the effectiveness of AI models by comparing their outputs with insights from domain expertise.
• Assist in analyzing user feedback and data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of LLM-related projects.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Science, or Computer Science (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in AI implementation and product management.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, or familiarity with insurance knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
