Job Title: Full Stack Developer - Agentic AI Framework

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of an Agentic AI framework (Autogen) . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both backend and frontend development, with expertise in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the Agentic AI framework, including Autogen Agent and Agentic AI components.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Graph RAG techniques.
• Develop and optimize data structures and algorithms for efficient data processing.
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Required Skills:

• Frameworks: Experience with Autogen Agent / Agentic AI framework, RAG, and Graph RAG.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python or C#.
• Cloud Platforms: Preferred experience with Azure.
• Data Structures: Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Databases: Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Additional Skills:

• API Development: Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Version Control: Proficient in using version control systems like Git.
• Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks.
• Security: Understanding of application security best practices and implementation.
• Machine Learning: Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure).
• Experience with AI and machine learning projects.
