We are looking for a Freelance Sourcer to help us find candidates for our call center. Your main job will be to generate leads by posting on social media and other platforms. This is a flexible, remote role for someone who is proactive and creative.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Posting: Share job ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Lead Generation: Find and attract candidates interested in call center jobs.
Explore Channels: Use job boards, WhatsApp groups, and other online platforms to reach candidates.
Candidate Outreach: Contact potential candidates to confirm interest and suitability.
Tracking: Add candidates accordingly to the ATS.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably for call center jobs.
Good knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them for hiring.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
