About The Role
We are seeking a Founding Chief Clinical Dietitian to ensure the highest standards of nutritional therapy are met. Your responsibilities will include advising on comprehensive policies and procedures, supporting in management and mentorship of our team of dietitians, and collaborating closely with clinical and administrative leaders to enhance patient care and staff competence. 

This role is integral to Unified Vision’s success, as it will shape the quality of patient care. If you have the expertise and passion for expanding access to nutritional therapy service, this role will be a good fit. 

Responsibilities

  • Advise on Unified Vision’s commitment to providing evidence-based nutritional therapy services.
  • Develop protocols and best practices to ensure high quality treatment and continuous improvement of all dietitians. 
  • Assist with the recruitment and retention of high quality, mission-driven dietitians.
  • Support with management of our team of Dietitians.
  • Use patient feedback to improve our clinical protocols. 
  • Advise on and build provider compliance programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • 10+ years of experience as a registered Dietitian, including 2+ years of management experience.
  • Experience developing best practices and protocols to ensure optimal care.
  • Licensed in one or more of the following states - NY, FL, CA, TX, IL, GA, PA, OHA National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Business liability insurance (or we will provide you with insurance!)
  • Experience working with culturally diverse patients remotely via telehealth platforms.
