About the Role:

We are a dynamic, rapidly growing Series A-stage startup on a mission to create an all-in-one Marketing Platform powered by AI to create software solutions that eliminate the need for marketing agencies for small businesses. As we scale, we are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Founding Account Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in driving our growth from the ground up and shaping the future of our sales strategy.

The Founding Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with customers. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will work closely with senior leadership, define sales processes, and lead sales initiatives. As a founding member of the sales team, you will be instrumental in establishing the company's sales strategy, building a pipeline, and helping to scale the business.

This role is based in San Francisco. It is a fully in-person position in our office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers, build a sales pipeline, and meet or exceed revenue targets..

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and pitch sessions tailored to the customer’s needs and challenges.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and other decision-makers, to establish long-term partnerships.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring smooth handoffs with the customer success and implementation teams post-sale.

  • Work closely with the Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals. Provide feedback on customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for product improvement.

  • Utilize existing and new technology, programs, and sales tools to track performance, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately. Continuously analyze sales data to optimize tactics and approach.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business or equivalent applied work experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, wearing multiple hats, and being a self-starter.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A passion for startups and an eagerness to be part of building a company from the ground up.

  • Previous experience in a Series A or early-stage startup is highly desirable, as well as an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in scaling a company.

  • A consultative approach to sales with the ability to understand customer pain points and offer solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and solutions, especially as they relate to the company’s product offering.

  • Strong grasp of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer lifecycle management. 

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Compensation:

The expected range of compensation for this role is between $110,000 and $250,000. Additionally, this role will participate in our equity plan. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at StyleAI and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and onboarding.
