As Founder’s Associate at SE3 Labs, your mission is to keep the company running at full speed and help the founders execute key priorities. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff on critical tasks across operations, business development, and internal processes. Your work is hands-on, execution-driven, and vital in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. You bring structure, hustle, and initiative to help push the company forward day by day.
Drive Execution: Take ownership of high-priority tasks and projects from market research to preparing pitch materials or running sales outreach - ensuring things get done and get done well.
Support the CEO: Take over operational and organisational tasks like coordinating meetings with partners, and organising & attending fairs to let the CEO focus on building the business and product.
Special Projects: Help the management team execute expansion plans in other European countries and ****build up our go to market momentum.
Investor Support: Help prepare monthly updates and coordinate communication with investors alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff.
