Mission

As a Forward Deployed Engineer your role is to provide hands-on technical guidance and support to clients and their implementation partner personnel throughout the entire client life-cycle. 

You will closely collaborate with the BA teams in order to gain a global understanding of the FlowX platform, build business processes, perform testing and debugging, manage releases and configure integrations with Front End & Back End.

This is what you will be contributing to:

  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and advice to clients and their implementation partner personnel throughout the entire project life-cycle. 
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical issues promptly. Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Stay in touch with the clients and partner delivery teams, and collect feedback and challenges. Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and product enhancements.
  • Participate as subject matter expert during in-class training sessions to clients and partners, enabling them to effectively use the Flowx.ai platform. Ensure clients are becoming self-sufficient in Flowx.ai capabilities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain development frameworks and standards, error handling mechanisms and best practices to be shared across configuration teams.
  • Participate in defining the check lists and projects health check procedures and is in charge of running on a regular basis audit reports to highlight the project health-check.

Who you are:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical role, such as JAVA developer or a BPMN 2.0 platform configurator.
  • Good understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience with JSON in REST, HTTP/HTTPS class, like postman.
  • Familiarity with the architecture principles, APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
