  • Keeps a record of all tracker IMEIs and their SIM phone numbers
  • Maintain record of all vehicles tracked within the area of jurisdiction

Vehicle Tracking

  • Install and manage trackers on all vehicles within their area of jurisdiction
  • Ensure every vehicle is tracked and reporting live location on the IoT Platform
  • Monitor and ensure all vehicles are within their primary locations
  • Work with Collections, Recovery and Welfare teams by providing accurate vehicle locations when needed
  • Detect abnormal situations with vehicles and escalate immediately to Management
  • Monitor and utilize GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft
  • Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency

Administrative Function

  • Periodically review tracking platform and make recommendations to management on improvement

Requirements

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication(written and oral) skills
  • Excellent understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Good understanding of fleet management
  • Critical and Analytical thinking
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and Thoroughness

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • 2 Years cognate experience as a vehicle technician or 2 years experience in Fleet Management
