Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting and analysis, including monthly income statements, cash flow forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business decisions.
• Develop and manage revenue projections and annual operating plans.
• Develop and execute financing plans and benchmarks financial performance monthly.
• Manage monthly cash flow management, ensuring sufficient cash reserve.
• Manage finance invoicing, recognition, collection, refunds/cancellations, and taxation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for financial planning and analysis.
• Manage relationships with external financial partners, including banks, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to understand the business and provide suitable recommendations to drive growth.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• CA certification is mandatory.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• At least 2 years of corporate finance role in a startup from Series Seed to Series C stage.
• Directly reported to the senior finance leaders like CFO / VP Finance or CEO at previous organizations.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling and analysis.
• Familiarity with financial reporting requirements and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
