Responsibilities

Generative AI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting interviews with candidates for the role of AI Finance Tutors.
• Evaluating expertise and level of candidates.

Requirements

• You have a Master's degree in Finance or related area.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the following fields: Financial Forecasting, Risk Management, International Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Mathematical Finance, Public Finance, Behavioural Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions, Finance Technology, Algorithmic Trading.
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
• You have experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates, particularly in recruiting finance specialists (students or experts) for scientific or academic projects.
• Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
