About the Role: 
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and strategic decision-making. You will be involved in financial modeling, risk assessment, payroll processes, business operations analysis, and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.

Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. CFA (preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in a finance-related role.
- Proven experience in financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of risk assessment principles.
- Experience with payroll processes and business operations analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
