You will be working collaboratively with all teams in Reveal to define and execute the roadmap for Farsight, Identifi, and our future products. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business development plan targeting federal law enforcement agencies (e.g., FBI, ATF, DEA, CBP).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with organizational goals.
Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at federal law enforcement agencies.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for federal contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, legal) to create compelling proposals.
Monitor trends, opportunities, and changes in federal procurement processes.
Stay informed about competitors, emerging technologies, and client needs.
Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets.
Negotiate and close federal contracts, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in federal law enforcement or government contracting.
Proven track record of winning federal contracts and building long-term client relationships.
Deep understanding of federal law enforcement operations and procurement processes.
Strong knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and influence high-level decision-makers.
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
