About the Role As the company’s headquarters Facility Manager, you will lead, partner and and maintain Dexterity’s grounds, building(s) and facilities equipment (i.e. forklifts, building security access systems) to ensure that the workspace is secure, the facilities support a safe work environment, internal office equipment and spaces (i.e. desks, conference rooms, restrooms) are functional and compliant for 24/7 operational utilization, as required.
Daily duties most likely include some of the following:- working with external service providers; and-inspecting and maintaining the headquarters’ facilities to ensure all are operationally fit and ready for business utilization. 
This role is a valuable individual contributor role with the opportunity to build a cross-functional team internally and externally to support the needs of the headquarters facilities. If you have hands-on work with the opportunity to execute and drive closure on tasks/ initiatives while supporting the day-to-day facilities’ needs that arise and supporting the strategic plan for our site headquarters’ facility.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Managing and accountable for the company's headquarters facilities vendor management  Accountable for the building and security Ensure construction projects comply with all safety and building regulationsAccountable for the upkeep, cleanliness and the safety of interior and exterior areas of our headquarters (i.e. conference rooms, parking lot, outdoor recreational areas, etc.)Performing routine maintenance within the facilities and making basic repairs to mitigate the need for external vendorsScheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with pre-determined vendorsAccountable for proper security measures for the workplace, including managing each external security vendor, including external security personnel to maintain a secure worksite(s)Accountable for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the company’s headquarters’ facilities, including reviewing and completing work-order tickets to document work and completed/open facilities ticket itemsWhen requested, creating reports on maintenance, repairs, security for the company’s management team; and Providing input to management on facilities investment and/or budget requirements
Position Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and security building support systemsProficiency with standard building repair tools for conference rooms and restroomsProficient written and verbal communication with company employees/leadership and external vendors and city officials, for compliance purposesEffective and efficient time management//organization and problem-solving skills7+ years working experienceAbility to be agile and adapt in a rapidly changing environment

Physical Requirements:Must be physically able to perform heavy manual labor up to 40lbs or moreOperating Machinery: Including forklifts, dollies, and/or pushing and pulling carts, driving carts/cars Prolonged sitting and/or heavy lifting, including sitting in front of a computerAbility to effectively work within diverse temperature environments to support the business needs both within and outside the headquarters facilities.   Base pay is one element of our Total Rewards package which may also include comprehensive benefits and equity etc., depending on eligibility. The annual base salary range for this position is from $115,000 to $140,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as years of relevant experience, skills, education etc. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
