Job Title: iScala Consultant 
Job Description:
The iScala Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting iScala ERP solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of iScala functionalities, as well as the ability to analyse business processes, underlying tables and help recommending patterns, framework to design and model the data marts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and will serve as a key point of contact for clients.
 

Responsibilities:

• A seasoned specialist with experience in iScala ERP, particularly focusing on manufacturing sector.
• Experience on iScala functional modules and including proficiency in identifying underlying tables, recommending the data ingestion patterns to consume via ingestion framework etc.
• This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of iScala modules - Sales, Service, Projects, Billing, Shipment, Production Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales orders and ability to deliver robust and efficient data warehousing solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of the iScala system.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve any issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and user guides.
• Stay updated on iScala developments and best practices, providing recommendations for system enhancements.
• Assist in defining the recommended ingestion framework.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an iScala Consultant or similar role, with at least 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of iScala functionalities and modules, including finance, supply chain, and project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.  
• Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
