Job Title: Solution/Data Architect

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Solution/Data Architect to join our Go to Market (GTM) team. This position is responsible for responding to the proposals, creating solutions and working closely with Partner to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern data technologies, including cloud platforms and big data systems, and experience in shaping the data architecture to align with the business's go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and Architecting: Lead the design and development of data-driven solutions that accelerate our go-to-market initiatives, including sales enablement, customer segmentation, marketing analytics, etc.
• Data Strategy: Define the strategic data needs of the GTM team, and architect solutions to meet these needs
• Data Integration: Define overall architect to create seamless data movement across applications and products
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and drive data architecture.
• Good understanding of data engineering, data governance, Data Management and Analytics.
• Bring thought leadership and create point of views to scale on the modern technologies including Generative AI
• Have a presale and sales mindset and work with the leaders to create personalised data solutions for the client.
• Can create solution and presentation (PPT) which are succinct and takes the client through the journey of requirements to solution to implementation.
• Can communicate well and can orate the presentation to C-level clients.
• The responsibility will also include to grow the account by 15% to 25% YoY

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a data architect role, with proven experience designing, building, and maintaining data architectures.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI , Cloud platforms, data warehousing solutions, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with GTM or related business functions (sales, marketing, customer service) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA will be a plus.
• Has proven experience in working with 2 of top 4 cloud providers.
• Has proven experience in at least 2 of the 4 data service line (Service Line  - Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data BI (Reporting) & Advance Analytics)
