Job Description & Summary

The AI Center of Excellence is a team of highly experienced designers, developers, data scientists and analysts who are responsible for delivering digital products and AI solutions to PwC’s business in Australia. We partner with subject matter experts across the business to advise on, design and develop technology-enabled solutions that help to transform the way we deliver assurance, advisory, tax and legal services to our clients.

About The Role

We are currently accepting expressions of interest at all grades from individuals with experience as Site Reliability Engineers, Product Managers, Program Coordinators, Designers, Developers, Data Scientists, Analysts and more!

Depending on your experience, you'll help solve complex problems using your skills in:

  • Advanced platform design, engineering, and operations for production workloads.
  • Kubernetes, containerisation, Linux operating systems, and public cloud hyperscalers.
  • Git version control and continuous delivery models.
  • Python development with modern LLM/ML frameworks.
  • RAG pipelines including evaluation and optimisation with industry standard packages.
  • SQL databases such as PostgreSQL (or equivalents) or Vector DBs.
  • Scrum Master duties, including facilitating Agile ceremonies. 
  • Product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
  • Product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Gathering & prioritising product requirements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Creating and maintaining product roadmaps and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Administrative project or program support 
  • Meeting organization and scheduling, with follow-up management. 
  • Preparation of presentations, reports, and documents. 
  • Managing AI Usage data sets and dashboards.
