Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with a strong background in Microsoft products and cloud solutions to support our growing client base. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dynamic, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team environment. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with some of the most exciting clients in the region.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support and administration of Microsoft products, including but not limited to Office 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.

• Provide IT support to AMC clients remotely and onsite

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Utilize MM tools like Ninja for remote monitoring and management of client systems.

• Administer and support Google Workspace environments (preferred but not mandatory).
• Implement and manage endpoint protection solutions (preferred but not mandatory).

• Oversee email security solutions and ensure robust protection against threats (preferred but not mandatory).

• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of systems, processes, and changes.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing clear and concise updates and recommendations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on the latest industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support or administration role.

• Previous experience working with an MSP providing IT Support to clients remotely and onsite

• Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent) is required.

• Proven experience with Microsoft products, particularly Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.

• Experience with MM tools like Ninja is highly desirable.

• Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.

• Experience with endpoint protection and email security solutions is a plus.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
