Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements locally and internationally. 
  • Facilitate office operations such as procuring & maintaining office supplies, managing vendors.  
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
    Coordinate office repairs and maintenance. 
     

We are looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an office admin, office assistant, or any relevant role. 
  • Outstanding organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office 
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
