The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join our Boston team. This dual role provides a unique opportunity to support our executive leadership while ensuring the efficient operation of our Boston office. Your responsibilities will include managing executive schedules, coordinating travel, organizing team events, interfacing with clients and vendors, and maintaining a welcoming and productive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for executive members.
  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Boston office, ensuring a well-organized and engaging environment for our team.
  • Team Collaboration: Plan and execute team-building events and initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • External Relations: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and clients facilitating good communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in executive assistance or office management roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
  • A proactive and organized approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on discretion and professionalism.
  • A passion for creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.
