Harvey is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to the VP of Sales. This role is critical in enhancing productivity, managing priorities, and enabling seamless execution across the sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a force multiplier, — anticipating challenges, optimizing operations, and driving sales success.
Manage a complex, dynamic calendar including executive meetings, customer engagements, and team events
Serve as a bridge between the VP of Sales and internal teams, external partners, and customers, ensuring seamless communication
Prepare agendas, create materials, track key outcomes, and ensure execution of next steps.Craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging on behalf of the VP of Sales for internal and external stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and schedules to optimize efficiency.
Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and sound judgment
1-3+ years of professional and / or administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or sales-driven environment (e.g., tech, consulting, investment banking, or professional services).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and execute independently in an ambiguous environment.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-quality executive-level messaging
Professionalism and executive presence, with a strong ability to interact with senior leaders and external partners.
A collaborative approach, with a focus on building strong relationships across the Harvey team.

This is an in-office role, with a presence in our New York office expected Tuesday-Thursday and additional days as needed based on business priorities.
