Maritime Customer Success Manager– Orca AI 

Orca AI advances the maritime industry by providing intelligent navigation solutions, preventing collisions, and saving lives. We ensure safety in congested waterways and deep waters by staying committed in our vision to reduce human-caused errors through intelligent automated vessels.

Our technology helps Captains and Officers on the bridge get an accurate view of the environment in real time and make life-altering decisions. Empowered by AI, as well as the combination of new tools and current infrastructure, our approach is an innovative path yet to be taken in marine transportation.

Orca AI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to establish a trusting relationship with our customers. You will manage the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, from managing the product implementation & customer onboarding, to providing value throughout the relationship with the customers.

The reporting is to the Director of Customer Success.

The position is based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation (onboarding and product training) of new customers, and overall responsibility for ongoing customer health, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Establish and develop strategic trusted advisor relationships at the highest relevant levels (Decision Makers, Operation Managers, Technical & Safety Managers, Captains), by providing the customer with best practices on how to use the products.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and be part of the product development roadmap
  • Partner with Sales and Product Teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. 
  • Leverage your product knowledge and experience to ensure customers receive the utmost value of Orca-Ai products.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, preferably in cybersecurity/B2B enterprise software/ SaaS company /or equivalent roles.
  • Technical knowledge and skills related to software solutions (SaaS environment), AI & Computer vision.
  • High prioritization skills and process orientation - accountability and personal organization are essential.
  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal skills. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • A team player and great communicator, comfortable working with multiple interfaces simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Background in Maritime is a strong advantage.
