Aviro360 is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive with experience in AI-powered B2B tech product offerings.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and closing net-new deals to expanding strategic accounts and driving renewals. Your mission: accelerating revenue growth, landing key logos, and unlocking long-term customer value.

Reporting to [TBD], you will be held accountable for exceeding quarterly and annual quotas in a performance-driven environment and play a key role in building long-term, strategic relationships with enterprise accounts. You’ll work closely with Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Product teams throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing the impact of our product offering.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify, research, and engage potential customers through industry events, site visits, cold outreach, strategic networking, and persistent follow-ups to generate demand and secure meetings.
  • Solution Presentation & Product Demos – Act as a trusted industry expert, demonstrating the capabilities and business impact of our AI-powered SaaS solutions.
  • Consultative Selling & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Understand our customer’s pain points and align our solutions with their supply chain / logistics / operator automation objectives, working closely with solution architects, product teams to deliver high-value solution packages and ensure a smooth customer journey from initial engagement to post-sale success.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management – Maintain accurate customer data, sales activities, and pipeline progression in Salesforce CRM to ensure structured follow-ups and forecasting accuracy.
  • Sales Negotiation & Deal Closing – Drive a high-velocity sales cycle, negotiate pricing and contracts, and consistently close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets and periodical quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong relationships, driving high NPS scores, retention, account expansion, and referrals.
  • Industry & Competitive Intelligence – Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and maintain a strategic edge.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AI, computer vision, and/or supply chain / logistics / transportation technology.
  • Strong empathy for the needs, workflows, and goals of key supply chain buyer and user personas—Operator, Yard Manager, Site Manager, and IT Administrator
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, CRM tools (mainly Salesforce), and modern prospecting techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple accounts, drive pipeline growth, and exceed quotas.
  • Self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead generation is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in BA, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
