With 20 employees and a recent $11M seed round, the company leverages large language models (LLMs) alongside proprietary technology that learns and optimizes internal business processes, significantly enhancing the efficiency and profitability of customer service operations.

We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and results-driven AE to join our passionate team.

As an AE, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. You will be the face of our company, representing our innovative AI-driven solutions to prospective customers. You will be part of Tymely's sales efforts and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a quota-carrying role at an enterprise software sales organization
  • Proven track record at achieving targets at a B2B SaaS startup (USA customers)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a rapidly changing startup environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal (native English)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, all the way through C-level.
  • Extraordinary time management and organization skills to ensure an opportunity moves through the pipeline as quickly as possible.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
  • Experience working in retail SaaS B2B or customer support tech - An advantage
  • Willingness to work in U.S. hours

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outreach, to qualification, through business evaluation, negotiation, relationship management, deal execution, and upsells/cross-sells
  • Understand the unique pain points and challenges faced by potential customers. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our AI-driven solutions, demonstrating how they can transform their business operations and elevate customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them throughout the sales cycle. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding their specific needs, providing personalized product demonstrations, and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
  • Employ a consultative and strategic sales approach to close deals and exceed sales targets. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. Leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights and feedback to our product development and marketing teams, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Work closely with SDRs to ensure timely and effective outreach efforts that deliver results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to the leadership team.
