The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive Syte’s expansion with enterprise-level ecommerce and retail brands in the US, specifically in the Fashion, Home Decor, and Jewelry industries. This role offers the opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and close—while contributing to the growth of Syte’s leading innovation in the retail tech sector.

As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will work closely with them to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Syte’s cutting-edge solutions can transform their ecommerce strategies and drive measurable ROI.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise accounts.
  • Lead a consultative sales engagement, diving deep into a prospect's business challenges, advising on impactful solutions while demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value
  • Create tailored demonstrations and become Syte’s product expert to deliver customized demos to align with client needs.
  • Market Expertise: Develop expertise in visual AI, ecommerce, and the retail tech market to educate and position Syte effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasts and documentation in Salesforce while managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Network, outreach, build and leverage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at Fortune 500 and top retail brands.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • At least 5 years of enterprise software sales experience in retail tech or ecommerce, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.  Proven success in selling innovative solutions/services to merchants/enterprises is a must; with a focus on eCommerce solutions (analytics, platforms, financial and/or technology solutions)
  • Exceptional ability to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and build trust through consultative selling approach.
  • Industry Knowledge, familiarity with ecommerce, retail, and AI-driven solutions; experience selling to enterprise clients in these industries is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
  • A Collaborative Mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment with high integrity and a passion for driving impactful results.
  • Experienced in navigating CRM tools like Salesforce and presenting SaaS-based solutions.
