As a US Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the US market. Working closely with our sales team, you will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth. This role entails managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure. Your primary focus will be on driving sales revenue by selling our intelligent document processing solution to mid-market and enterprise clients.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to surpass revenue targets within your assigned territory. • Own your number. Be comfortable in a culture of high performance and accountability.
Navigate a MM/enterprise motion to build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C- Level decision-makers
Uncover and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including leads, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events.
Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective accounts, comprehending their pain points and effectively demonstrating how Rossum's solution can solve their challenges.
Foster enduring relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing success with our solution.
Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to devise effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Deliver captivating product demonstrations and compelling presentations, showcasing the immense value and capabilities of our intelligent document processing solution.
Skilfully negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company pricing and contract guidelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer information within the CRM system.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs, providing invaluable insights to the team and contributing to product development.
What You'll Need:
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably selling SaaS or software solutions. • Track record of closing upper mid-market and/or enterprise deals.
Experience following a robust sales methodology.
Demonstrate a proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets. • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, showcasing an aptitude for navigating complex sales cycles and securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and trust with clients. • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for understanding customer pain points and offering tailored solutions.

Possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
