We are looking for strong machine learning engineers who are excited to grow their business understanding, build highly scalable machine learning models, and partner across disciplines with global teams, in pursuit of excellence. Given the fast growth of TikTok in the world, we are working on building a next-generation content understanding system for TikTok monetization. We are seeking an Engineering Manager experienced in machine learning, which can help us create an ecosystem that rewards high quality user experience and advertiser value.
Responsibilities
1. Explore foundation models and Generative AI and their application in business, including but not limited to text generation/translation, image-to-text, deepfake, efficient training/inference for AIGC models, etc. Track the cutting-edge industry progress, and proactively plan for technical research.
2. Lead the team to implement AIGC technologies to content understanding of commercial products, such as ads, e-commerce, short videos, and live streaming, and build a new generation of AIGC-based monetization ecology systems.
3. Responsible for the project planning, team building, and cross-team collaboration of the large-scale model algorithm team to build an industry-leading content understanding algorithm team.
