About the Team: The Product Engineering Team is committed to ensuring the successful implementation of our Agents platform for Web Automation. The platform will empower a wide range of professionals, from Web Testing engineers, who ensure websites behave as intended, to automation professionals, who automate data collection and interactions on complex websites.
Engineering & Architecture :
Design and evolve a robust and scalable architecture to support complex use cases (real-time systems, data-heavy flows, AI integration, cross-device sync)
Ensure technical consistency across disciplines: backend, frontend, DevOps.
Promote engineering standards (Clean Architecture, DDD, testing, observability, CI/CD)
Coordinate with Research/Agents team on agentic solutions and model serving
Delivery & Execution
Drive the technical roadmap in alignment with product and business goals
Own the engineering delivery, coordinating cross-functional contributions for quality and velocity
Track team performance (velocity, quality, incident rate, tech debt) and continuously remove delivery blockers
Leadership & Team Growth
Support engineers (devs, DevOps) in their professional growth through mentoring, coaching, and feedback
Foster technical rituals: design reviews, postmortems, pair programming, internal tech talks
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
linkLanguages: Python (FastAPI), TypeScript/Node.js/React.js
Architecture: Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, event-driven microservices
Data: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB vector databases for embeddings and retrieval
Infra: AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, CDK), Docker, GitHub Actions.
Tooling & Quality: AWS CodePipeline, Datadog
7+ years in software engineering, ideally in high-growth, product-driven environments
Proven experience managing cross-functional squads (backend, frontend, DevOps)
Seasoned in architecture design, API workflows, event-driven systems, and, ideally, AI integrations
Track record of scalable delivery: setting up CI/CD, observability, performance metrics
Leadership that elevates technical excellence, inspires ownership, and drives team growth
Excellent communication: able to align engineers, researchers, product, and execs
