As a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, you are responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of an overall solution for our clients. You will drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities
Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations
Drive the requirements, implementation, and release of the features into production working with customer teams
Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation
Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections, and integration of features in Dynamics 365
Develop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and tools
Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
Ability to work partially in the US time zone and attend meetings with clients
Qualifications
3+ years of deep experience in Microsoft Power Platform including: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent
3+ Experience with Dynamics 365 development or customizations
3+ years of experience working with US time zone customers and driving projects
Sound understanding and proven experience with Dynamics 365 built-in analytics
Sound understanding of Intelligent Order Management Module
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Microsoft certifications from related areas – PL-900, PL-600, PL-400, AZ-900 are a bonus
