About AI&Data; The AI&Data department consists of approximately 60 highly qualified and experienced professionals, and we are now growing. Most of our people have a combination of technical and commercial/business-oriented competence. Normally we work within could-based solutions and typical technologies could be Azure, Snowfalke, PowerBI or other.
We are now looking for Managers / Senior Managers with experience and interest in data and analysis, who enjoy working in a team. You are analytical, with a good understanding of business and are committed to helping customers achieve their strategic goals through the use of data and insights. You have the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions and enjoy taking responsibility and working with your colleagues to solve tasks as a team.
You enjoy working in a team and building relationships, both internally and with customers. You like a varied workday with both technical and non-technical tasks. You are interested in understanding the customer's needs and challenges and seeing connections.
We are looking for someone who is logical and enjoys solving problems. You are able to break down larger processes/needs and work in a structured manner. You have good communication skills and can convey complex topics. You can drive processes with different stakeholders, collaborate in teams, and solve tasks independently.
You have a technical or economic background with a minimum of 8 years' experience and interest in data analysis and programming related to data processing, and/or data strategy and/or AI. In addition, you have experience with data visualization, programming related to data and insights, data modeling, AI, data strategy, and data pipelines.
You have experience with project management. In this role you will be responsible for leading projects, managing time, resources and budget. This is important for delivering projects aligned with our standards in Deloitte. Through this you also know how to run cross-functional team leadership – you include both technical and non-technical individuals, both within and outside your own team.
