DeepSource is seeking a talented DPS Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a DPS Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Data Protection Solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to analyze their infrastructure, determine their requirements, and develop and implement effective data protection strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their data protection needs and requirements.
• Design and implement data protection solutions based on client specifications and industry best practices.
• Install, configure, and maintain data protection software and hardware.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor data protection systems for performance and make necessary optimizations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data protection issues.
• Create and maintain documentation of data protection procedures and configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data protection technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DPS Implementation Specialist or similar role.
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining data protection solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of data backup and recovery technologies and concepts.
• Experience with data protection software and hardware, such as Dell EMC Avamar, Data Domain, networker, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in data protection technologies are a plus.
• Fluency in English and French
