Analog Device’s CoreAI team is looking for an experienced Trustworthy AI Lead to define and implement functional safety strategy for AI. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Lead the trustworthy AI sub-org in implementing practical and effective process and technical controls to mitigate AI risks. 
  • Create processes, tools, and partnerships to create AI that by design provides assurance of robustness, safety. 
  • Contribute to ADI advancing the state-of-the-art for trustworthy AI. 
  • Advocate on ADIs behalf in external forums (e.g., standardization, conferences). 
  • Collaborate with ADI BUs and clients to ensure an efficient path to regulatory compliance where necessary.  
  • Positively impact org strategy and planning in functional safety areas, including hardware, software and tool product offerings. 

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s in Engineering. 
  • 10+ years full-time industry experience in Functional Safety, working knowledge of AI, and at least 3 years in functional safety. 
  • Publication record in functional safety. 
  • Knowledge of functional safety regulatory frameworks, and technical controls.  
  • Demonstrated capacity to persuade and establish trust with both business and technical executives throughout the enterprise.
