The Opportunity

Are you ready to shape the future of Real-Time Conversational AI? 
As the Director of Product Management (Real Time), you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Real-Time AI solutions aimed at dramatically enhancing agent and supervisor performance, and driving significant business impact across our customer base. This role reports directly to the VP of Product. 

What you’ll do

• Define, own and articulate the strategic vision and product roadmap for Observe.AI's Real-Time AI capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver innovative real-time AI products and features.
• Incorporate usability studies, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform product requirements and improve user satisfaction.
• Understand our market, competitors, and customer needs to effectively define and articulate product positioning.
• Analyze product metrics rigorously, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize product performance.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and successful product adoption.
• Serve as the primary evangelist and thought leader for Real-Time AI internally and externally, representing Observe.AI at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings.
• Occasional travel is required for conferences, events and customer visits.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with significant experience in leadership roles within B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success leading successful product lifecycles from inception through market adoption.
• Strong technical foundation with a deep understanding of AI-driven, real-time solutions, and contact center technologies.
• Proven track record developing and communicating strategic product and marketing initiatives to executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, coupled with hands-on, results-oriented leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experienced in agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with SaaS, technology, and/or high-growth company environments.

Salary Range

The base salary compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $200,000 - $230,000 per annum. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
