Job Description

CyberArk is looking for a Director of Strategic Initiatives to lead a company-wide transformation program aimed at transforming how we work using AI, data, and automation. You will bring your unique blend of strategy, operations, technology, business acumen, and program management expertise to realize next level of scale and achieve our strategic, financial, and operational objectives. As the focal point for this initiative, you will lead and partner with colleagues from all levels and functions at CyberArk including an extended team of SMEs/leaders. You’ll work directly with the Executive Leadership Team and other leaders while gaining exposure to Go-To-Market, Product/R&D, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Form a deep understanding of CyberArk’s business context, goals, and strategy
  • Baseline our current state of AI/data/automation maturity and capabilities 
  • Work with senior leaders to frame, structure, and execute the transformation initiative
  • Partner with project team stakeholders/SMEs to shape and clarify scope
  • Conduct analyses and develop insights/recommendations and action plans
  • Establish operating rhythm to guide initiative governance, success metrics, and tracking
  • Maintain strong focus on implementation and change management to ensure strategies are successfully translated into execution
  • Identify initiative dependencies and risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Build Executive presentations to share insights/implications, provide progress updates, and escalate critical items
  • Infuse external best practices and methodologies into the organization, while listening and adapting these best practices with “what’s best for CyberArk” approach

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of professional experience
  • Experience leading company-wide transformation initiatives in management consulting capacity or equivalent experience within technology company
  • Experience with AI, automation, data, and how to apply these capabilities to drive measurable impact to business performance and customer experience
  • Energized by ambiguity and solving complex problems via left and right brain thinking
  • Skilled in strategic program/project management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to drive “drumbeat” to move initiatives forward
  • Ability to build relationships and inspire/influence colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with change management frameworks and internal communications
  • Broad functional understanding, preferably in high-growth B2B tech environments
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with fellow CyberArkers

The salary range for this position is $181,000 - $250,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
