Job Description: 

As the Director of Product Management for Enterprise AI Systems and Solutions Framework, your mission will be to define and execute the product vision for our enterprise-grade AI framework. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to create robust specifications, address user pain points, and ensure successful adoption of our AI solutions.

Responsibilities entails, but not limited to

 

Product Specification and Vision
Collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed product specifications for our AI systems and solutions.
Understand the unique needs of enterprise customers, emphasizing manageability, security, and privacy.
Translate high-level product vision into actionable requirements for engineering teams.

Collaboration with Engineering
Work closely with engineering teams to execute the product plan, driving scoping , analysis, and understanding interdependencies.
Provide clear guidance on feature development, prioritization, and trade-offs between business and customer priorities to meet strategic needs.
Ensure alignment between product specifications and technical implementation.

User-Centric Approach
Put on your "user hat" to deeply understand pain points faced by developers, data scientists, and IT professionals using our AI platform.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on product features understanding our customer gaps, needs and required usages.
Advocate for user experience improvements throughout the development process.

Adoption and Success
Drive successful adoption of our AI solutions within enterprise environments.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to communicate the value proposition of our products.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.

Research and Innovation
Stay informed about emerging trends in enterprise AI, mentoring and providing thought leadership on systems and solutions frameworks.
Identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantage.
Work with architecture teams to create reference systems that showcase best practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) and 10 years of overall experience.
8 Years of  experience in  AI technologies, software development methodologies, and agile practices’

At least 6 years experience in product management, preferably in enterprise AI-related domains.

Preferred Qualifications:.
Familiarity with modern enterprise AI software development flows.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$162,600.00-$284,620.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
